Re: Stock Option Enhancement – Auto-Covered Call function (effective from January 22, 2024)

Dear Valued Client:

Stock option function will be enhanced to facilitate your order process. Starting from January 22, 2024, you may place the corresponding lots of short calls on the SPTRADER platform without depositing a margin, if there are sufficient related stocks in the stock option account, client, and the system will prioritize covering the short call position for the same stock with highest margin requirement.

Please provide instruction for any stock movement from securities trading account to stock options account before 16:00 on trading day. The stocks will be reflected in the stock option account on the next trading day.
