Updates on clients information - Complete the real-name registration of the telephone Pre-Paid SIM card to continue using securities trading services
In response to the requirements of the relevant regulatory and in order to provide better services, our Company will regularly remind customer to keep up-to-date records of client’s information (which include residential address, telephone no., email address etc.) in our Company.
According to the Office of the Communication Authority, unregistered pre-paid SIM cards can no longer be used after 23 Feb 2023.
If you’re using an unregistered pre-paid SIM card number as your contact number with us, please complete registration with your service provider, or update another valid contact number (if any) in our record to access all our securities trading services and receive our notifications (included one-time password).
In this regard, please complete the Change of Account Particulars Form to update your information and returning to our company, attn: Legal & Compliance Department for our record.
